Windows windows and more windows… we upgraded the 40 year old windows in this house with new vinyl energy efficient windows. This should definitely make a difference with the cooling and heating of this house. 🪟 🪟 🪟 🪟 🪟 🪟

House received a new roof over the weekend 🫣😄😄

Over the weekend we put on a new 30 year shingle roof on this house. How a 20 year roof lasted 40 years is beyond us… Now we have no worries about any leaks 💦

Wow! Original carpet from when the house was built. Back in 1983. That’s 40 years ago!! 😳🫣🤮🤢
Has anybody else made carpet last this long?!🫣🫣

Week one update : demo demo and more demo… we opened up the kitchen and moved all electrical and plumbing that was on the left side of the kitchen to the right side. Tore down old chimney 🧱 bricks and removed the cabinetry that was on both sides. And for the bathrooms… well there getting a full make over also. I’ll bring y’all up to date next week on this full rehab. Thanks for lookin 😊😊

Gulf coast texas investments first rental property in the books 📚 We’re doing a complete rehab on this property! The 1st tenants are going to fall in love! We’re making the kitchen bigger & adding more cabinets moving water heater, washer & dryer and etc… we’ll keep you posted on the progress of this job! Thanks for looking 👀
