I feel like I completed the marathon. We hopped from one vantage point to another like highly trained marathon paparazzi trying to capture Trevor’s run. I am completely exhausted and didn’t even break a sweat. Meanwhile, Trevor casually ran 26.2 miles like a champ. So incredibly proud of him. I fully expected at least a participation medal for elite-level spectating.

Happy Birthday to my forever friend for over 32 years! You’ve made me laugh, love, and appreciate you more than I ever imagined! Cheers to 28 years—of ups, downs, belly laughs, eye rolls, and everything in between. We’ve weathered storms, celebrated wins, and shared countless little moments that turned into big memories. I still can’t believe I get to do life with my favorite person . Here’s to many more years of love, laughter, and inside jokes only we understand.

Just a few great shots I borrowed from our amazing committee from last night’s Fashion for the Cure. I was too busy working the room (and socializing a bit!) to snap any myself. What an incredible night—together we raised over $41,000 for breast cancer research! Way to go, Nancy Owens Breast Cancer Foundation! I’m a very proud Chairman!

In hindsight, a 21-mile bike ride the morning after a Derby party might not have been my brightest idea, nothing like a little cardio to speed up the detox.

We saw some interesting sights, got some fresh air, and may or may not have done a little casual friend-stalking along the route. Derby recovery: powered by caffeine, regrets, and endorphins!

5 glorious days in the paradise of the Texas Hill Country!
We sipped wine with the King and Queen of Fulshear, enjoyed the company of a famed Boerne artist and her husband, and finally caught up with our wine aficionado friends from Marble Falls — just to name a few.

We met so many more great people along the way, made plenty of memories, and maybe even a few “pour” decisions.

Coming home with a truckload of wine and a full heart. Until next time, Hill Country — it’s back to reality for us! (and maybe a little detox).
