Happy to announce the completion of the exterior renovation of 1500 McGowen!

Over the past 2 years, Davis Holdings has artfully converted the iconic “Houston Press” 32,000 SF office building into their headquarters, equipping it with first floor retail and an updated façade.

The new retail portion of the building is accented with a metal “skin,” a canti-levered awning, new, widened storefronts, and a sizable outdoor restaurant patio.
