**Is now a good time to buy? That may be the wrong question.**
Most people look at two things: interest rates and whether it's a “buyer's market.”
Both matter. But neither tells the whole story.
I've bought homes at very low interest rates—and I've bought investment properties at much higher rates that turned out to be great investments.
**It's never just about the rate. It's about the entire opportunity and whether the numbers make sense for you.**
And right now, the Houston market is creating more opportunities for buyers.
But here's the key: sometimes you have to prepare **months in advance** to take advantage of the right opportunity.
If you'd like to buy before the end of the year, don't wait until November to start getting ready. The same applies if buying is 6–12 months away.
**You don't have to be ready to buy today. You want to be ready when the right opportunity comes along.**
