Last Saturday, one of our St. Louis communities The Embassy, The Chesterfield & Waterman-Clara, Chesterfield, experienced a significant fire during severe winter weather. While the situation is no longer active, the impact is still being felt by many.
We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the St. Louis Fire Department and all first responders who acted quickly and worked tirelessly under extremely difficult conditions. Their professionalism and dedication helped protect lives and surrounding properties during a dangerous weather event.
We are also incredibly thankful for the support shown by the St. Louis community—neighbors, partners, and organizations—who reached out with kindness, resources, and encouragement during a challenging time.
Throughout the incident and in the days that followed, our teams have remained closely engaged with residents, providing support, coordinating resources, and assisting with next steps as recovery continues. Our focus remains on care, communication, and ensuring residents have access to the support they need.
Our thoughts continue to be with everyone impacted, and we are grateful for the strength and compassion shown by so many.
