What we build into the structure of a home is what determines how it performs in 20 years, not 20 days. After 45 years of building, we have learned that a home's true value lives behind the walls, in the details most Homebuyers never see.

Every Home Creations home features 2x4 stud-grade lumber walls on 16-inch centers, with hurricane straps on every rafter and anchor bolts securing the foundation. Our walls are wrapped in OSB with a 10-year DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap warranty, then finished with brick and James Hardie siding carrying a 30-year manufacturer warranty. Water lines are expandable AquaPEX tubing, more durable and freeze-resistant than traditional copper.

Before the walls go up, a third-party engineer independently inspects both the foundation and the framing. Few production builders in Houston do this on every home. We do.
