3 years ago, my client called me to purchase a home on the beach, out of the country, her forever home.

I researched several Caribbean islands, examined their tax structure, culture, language barriers if any, and the path to dual citizenship.

My client selected Turks and Caicos. I found a referral partner and set her up with appointments to view several properties.

A few days later, she called me to say the referral partner did not work out, she wanted a new Realtor and she wanted to purchased NOW! After discussing this with my husband we both agreed I needed to get on a plane and head to TURKS asap!

I arrived the next day, we secured a driver and a new Realtor referral partner and set about viewing homes over the next few days.

We viewed condo investments, Single-family home investments, and land for development. Ultimately, she selected a 3 bedroom apartment, managed by the hotel for Airbnb income, and an unfinished home directly on the beach.

3 years later, the Airbnb purchase has been super profitable and the unfinished home is now complete. From the playful lavender exterior, green roof, and tranquil yet elegant interior, this home embodies all that she is.

My client hosted her friends and family this weekend for the most epic Housewarming and Birthday celebration ever! From the moment we stepped off the plane, we were treated with an incredible, unmatched weekend experience. From the signature drinks, to the gorgeous beach, and an incredible Fireworks show, no expense was spared to make sure this Diva was celebrated by all!

I met wonderful people, and made new friends. My client and dear friend not only runs a MEGA business but she also provides opportunity for others in business. I can't give her enough flowers for the beautiful person she is, the BOSS business woman she is, and the loving family member she is.

Beach home: original purchase price, 1M, current value, 3M.
Apartment: original purchase price, $398K, current value, 1M.
