Cardona Culture Having grown up in Houston I am well versed in all of the surrounding areas. John Cardona has watched Houston’s Energy Corridor rise.

I can provide first-hand experience with the development and how this city has progressed with the growth of homes, townhomes, apartments, school districts and businesses. The horse stables and undeveloped land that were common sights when he moved to the area in the early 1990s have transformed into fast-growing neighborhoods and revamped Town and Country into CityCentre. John navigates the city

effortlessly and prides himself on knowing Houston and its surrounding metropolitan area — from The Woodlands to Galveston — inside and out. As a child, John moved to Houston from Colombia, and he remembers his dad driving the family around River Oaks to look at mansions and further afield to marvel at rural estates. After attending the University of Houston and accomplishing a 15-year career in the oil and gas industry, John’s passion for real estate was rekindled by a minor obsession with HGTV. He was able to make the shift to becoming a licensed sales agent with the help of his supportive wife. Driven by his dedication to helping others navigate the complex home sale and purchase processes, John is always available to assist clients with any needs that arise. In his spare time, John is a car enthusiast who loves mountain biking and spending time with his wife and three boys. He also coaches soccer and basketball at St. John Paul II Catholic School.

Where do I begin… she’s been my responsibility since the mid 80’s. It’s so hard for me to accept that you’ll be officially “all grown up” after tonight. I can’t begin to express to you how proud I am of the woman you’ve become. You have reached every goal you’ve set so far. You’ve climbed every mountain no matter how hard it was. And through all of this I still viewed you as “my little sister”. Now, after today you’ll be a new woman with a different last name. Yet, you’ll always have Cardona in your blood. Dad would be so happy of the choice you made. JT is a good man and I’m confident he’s your absolute soulmate. I can’t tell you how much I love you. I’ll always be here for you no matter what. Now, there’s only one thing left to do… I’ll see you in a little while for your last walk as a “Cardona” I’m so unbelievably happy for you and JT! Today we celebrate you, but from this day forward, JT will celebrate you everyday. See ya in a bit.
