When Martha Beaudry completed her studies in French at Sam Houston State University, earning both the Wall Street Journal Award and the French Medal of Honor, she had little reason to believe her persuasive use of English would provide her caree
r with its drive. Training, marketing and sales have turned out to be her strongest suits, as she brought her business life more and more in line with one of Houston’s primary fascinations – Real Estate. Early on, Martha began an increasingly serious study of what makes for success: first as an Analyst for a global consulting firm and then into the world of computer technology where she marketed both IT training and IT consulting to Houston's massive business sector. Martha then shifted paths, and as a Realtor®, she created and enhanced operations for two local Real Estate Offices. These successes led Martha to create Beaudry Properties, where she applies the same enthusiasm, drive and creativity as she helps her clientele reach their desired goals. Today, Beaudry Properties is backed by the exceptional support of broker Bill Baldwin and Boulevard Realty, an independent, boutique, top producing firm with an incredible array of tools and resources, and one that shares her vision for an enduring commitment to clients that goes well beyond the sale. Martha has served as President of the Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association and currently serves as a Director with the Texas Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Houston Heights Women's Club. In her spare time she paints and does needlepoint.
