📈 Houston Real Estate Trends
Despite a recent uptick in mortgage rates, the Houston housing market continues to thrive!
Here's what you need to know:
✔️ Sales Growth: Single-family home sales jumped 12.8% year-over-year, with 7,185 homes sold in October compared to 6,372 last year.

✔️ Price Increases: The average home price rose 5.2% to $423,166, while the median price increased 2.7% to $334,900.

✔️ Luxury Surge: The high-end market saw significant growth, with homes priced $1M+ experiencing a 33.8% surge in sales. Homes priced between $500K and $999K also saw a 25.9% increase.
The Houston market remains healthy and active as we close out 2024, with inventory up 23.6% from last year and a more favorable mortgage rate environment sustaining buyer demand.
