Closed the forever home: it's hard to lose a good neighbor, but they found the perfect home in the gated community of Westcreek near the old Swinging Door BBQ place off of FM 359. Just over 4,300 square feet on .66 acres. Heated pool, spa and rock features with a 4-car garage. Simply stunning home. Thank you Smith family for your trust, again.

Eggs and homes can be cheaper in the country, at least in Rosenberg. Under contract with good people from Philadelphia. Built by Lake Ridge Builders. The sales price for this 2,900 square foot home would have been a lot more closer in. The buyer got the big back yard they wanted on a cul-de-sac street too.
