More Homes Being Built in Deer Park !!!

East Meadows subdivision will finally construct the last 50 homes, finishing out the subdivision. Spanning between E. Pasadena Blvd. and Spencer Blvd. (just west of Monument Baptist Church and Walmart), East Meadows has a mix of custom built and builder tract homes. These last 50 homes will build-out the subdivision at a total count of 350 homes. This last phase will include 18 custom homes built by Dean Lawther, and his phone number is (281) 479-2326. It will also include 32 tract homes by Hovnanian Home Builders, but the tracts are not quite yet ready for sale. Stay tuned.
