My broker said I never post about real estate so here yall go! When it comes to real estate, it’s truly nobody but God that carry me. My 9-to-5 position provides a stable foundation, but it is my business that truly allows me to flourish. While some may perceive the holiday season as a slow time of year, I have been fortunate enough to assist 2 different clients in achieving their new construction goals. Furthermore, I have successfully closed a sale for a seller on Wednesday with a closing on the purchase of the new home pending.
What does the future hold for me? I am currently preparing to list a new property and assisting 2 renters, all of which has been made possible by referrals from individuals who believe in me. I am grateful for all of your support and trust, and I thank God for the vision and providing the provisions that have brought me to this point.
