Double closing today!
My buyers (left) closed on the lot my seller (right) was unloading. My buyers plan to build their forever home on this 2.6 acre lot AND they’re buying a house with me while their home is being built.

I’m so happy I was able to ensure my seller was set financially. Her husband, unfortunately, passed away during the process of selling this lot. It was emotional for both of us, but we powered through!

Picking an agent isn’t just about how quickly they can sell your home. It’s about choosing an agent who will take the time to educate their clients, listen, and actually care about YOU, not the check. You should find which should be me! 🥰

My clients came in town to view the beautiful property I found them. There were 2 other homes they were interested in but decided to hold off on submitting offers. I found this home that they loved online. They decided to submit their first offer site unseen, and it was accepted! This proves that what's meant to be will happen.

After physically viewing the home, they rated it a 9.5 out of 10! Call if you're looking for your dream home. I clearly know how to listen to your criteria :)
