These homeowners did everything right.

Referred by a neighbor, they came to the table ready to listen, ready to work, and ready to trust the process.

Before listing, they rolled up their sleeves and got their home market-ready. No shortcuts. When it was done, they gave the green light and we went live.

The timing? A Friday during spring break.

They had their doubts — and honestly, that's fair. But they leaned in anyway.

The showings flooded in over the weekend. By Tuesday, they had a strong offer in hand and said yes.
