We are seeking an amazing Assistant Community Directors and Leasing Consultants!

As an Assistant Community Director and Leasing Consultant you will report to a Community Director who is your team leader. In the Community Director's absence, you will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing community objectives as set forth by your Community Director, Regional Manager and the property owner. In addition, you will be directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

To be an effective Assistant Community Director at Elmington, you will need to:

Your Key Job Responsibilities will be to:

**Maintain accurate resident records
**Update on daily basis all rents, deposits and application fees received
**Issue appropriate notice when necessary (e.g. late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos).
**Deposit all receipts prior to bank close each day
**Inspect move-outs and vacancies
**Be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention
**Work with lease renewals each month
**Keep daily records on lease renewals and terminations
**Greet prospective clients, show community and aid in leasing duties
