One year ago today, I made a decision that I didn't realize would bring so much into my life. ❤️

I remember feeling excited, nervous, and a little like the new kid walking into school for the first time. 😂 I was starting over somewhere new, surrounded by unfamiliar faces, but I knew I was ready for the next chapter of my real estate career.

Fast-forward 365 days, and WOW... what a difference a year makes!

I've challenged myself in ways I never imagined, stepped outside my comfort zone, grown professionally, and made memories I'll cherish forever.

But what I'm most grateful for isn't just the business growth. It's the PEOPLE.

Some of the people I didn't even know a year ago have become my closest friends. They've celebrated with me, encouraged me, laughed with me, and even been there during moments when life wasn't so easy.

That kind of support is priceless.

To my broker and the entire leadership team at Blair Realty Group, thank you for creating a culture where we don't just work alongside one another, but genuinely care about each other.

Another lease UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡💕

This one is a little extra special!

Our journey started back in August with a phone call, and at the time, they weren’t even sure if they wanted to work with a new agent.

Fast forward to today, and we’re officially under contract on a beautiful, newly remodeled home! 🥹

One thing I told them from the beginning was that I didn’t care how many homes we needed to see. My priority was making sure they found a home they genuinely loved and felt comfortable calling home.

Whether they decided to buy or lease, we were going to move at THEIR pace. No pressure, no rushing, and definitely no settling!

We connected over the summer, and during her husband’s visit to Texas, we spent a day touring homes around The Woodlands and Conroe so I could really understand what their family was looking for.

Fast forward to them being back in Amsterdam when this home hit the market. I went out, toured the entire property for them on video, sent everything across the ocean, and we got to work.

This home had so much of what they wanted for their family — a pool, great backyard, outdoor space, and a playground for their little ones.

And we negotiated too 🙌🏽
Originally listed at $3,850/month, I was able to get it down to $3,700/month on a two-year lease.

Now they can make their move to Texas knowing their home is already waiting for them. ❤️

I connected with this family over the summer, and during her husband’s visit to Texas, we spent a day touring homes in The Woodlands and Conroe so I could get a clear idea of what they needed for their family.

Once they were back in Amsterdam, this home hit the market and checked so many of their boxes. I went out, toured the entire property for them by video, and helped them navigate everything from across the ocean.

It had the pool, backyard, outdoor space, and playground they were looking for — and I was able to negotiate the rent from $3,850 to $3,700/month on a two-year lease.

One less thing for them to worry about as they prepare for their move to Texas. ❤️
