Everyone has at least one "friend or relative", that is a REALTOR®.
May I suggest you contact me, or your friend/family to review your property taxes to see if a protest will help lower the taxable value.

Property taxes in your area may be inflated. Not always, but sometimes.

As far as the possible excessive increase in homeowners insurance....I'll address that challenge soon.
