The renovation process at 6600 Harrisburg has progressed: all the metal buildings have been demolished, the two original building have been gutted and completely restored with new roofs and paint.
Also our landmark “Pagoda” has been cleaned and is ready to be developed into something beautiful.

Our latest Investment: 8,800 sf Flex / Industrial warehouse located in East Central San Antonio. Right off of I-35 and Walzem rd with access to Loop 410 and IH-10. The property includes a high visibility -double sided- billboard, seen from I-35.
After a month for renovation, the property has been leased just a few days after its listing.

From my personal experience: it’s easy to buy a real estate property. It’s much harder to buy a good one.

If you buy well, your ride as a real estate investor will be successful and … easy. The beginning of the investment process counts for 90% of its outcome. Trying to compensate for a mediocre purchase it's always hard and often counter productive.

As investors in the Houston real estate market, we have watched real estate prices increase non stop for the last 10 years plus.
So the question is always the same: is this a good time to invest? Are prices too high? Nobody knows.
On the bright side Houston prices are still considerably lower compared to the other US metropolitan areas of similar size and
over a million people are expected to move into Houston within the next decade. So let's keep looking for the next buying opportunity.
