This Owner ran a business and owned this industrial complex with 3 - Single Family Lots & One Commercial Reserve.

To help with their future expansion plans we cleaned up their plat to include all of their properties into One Commercial Reserve.

This will make future permitting/development and financing much easier for them.

Because the property is adjacent to a major thoroughfare (which normally requires a 25-ft building line), we applied for and secured a variance to reduce that requirement down to 5 ft.

This adjustment created more buildable space for the owner while still complying with city regulations.
