Been working like crazy building our Realtor List and
Our Cash Investors List.
Been watching Videos too.

The Bird Do***ng Sounds like a good way to hone your skills in estimating damage, I kind of want to meet the 20% estimate rule. (where your estimate of damage is within 20% of what the contractor says).

Has anyone else gone and looked at properties?

The email list is being sent soon, My surgery backed things up a bit, apologies.
