I couldn’t be more proud of my friend and client 👩‍🍳 for winning last week’s challenge on ! She is repping H-town in H-town 🚀and killing it every episode! Catch her slaying tonight and every Thursday at 7 PM on Bravo Top Chef.
 
Evelyn and her partner in crime are on the journey of a lifetime, and I am thrilled to come along for the ride. It has been my honor to know them and to have had the opportunity to represent them in procuring their FIRST of MANY brick and mortar restaurant locations 🎉 will be opening its doors in the Heights soon, but for now, you can catch at one of their F-A-M-O-U-S seated dinners or tastings!

, you are the perfect combination of sweet and sassy! You astound me with your wittiness and sense of humor! You are one of the few people that can make Papa and me truly “laugh out loud!” You constantly inspire me with your thoughtfulness and how you always know what to do to make others feel included and welcome. Your heart is always in the right place, and you never miss an opportunity to remind us how important it is to celebrate our life and family.
