Estoy muy feliz de anunciar que ahora también estaré trabajando con personas que tienen ITIN y que anteriormente no podían comprar casa por motivos de no tener un enganche muy alto. Ahora todas estas personas pueden ser propietarios de casa y con un enganche empezando al 3% y con un interés empezando en 5% por la vida del préstamo.

In this crazy market sometimes you just have to plant yourself in front of the house and stare down the other showings. 👀 just kidding lol.

However... buyers do have to get more creative in today’s market. It comes down to the support and knowledge of who they choose to work with (Realtor, lender, etc.).

It’s become the norm to have multiple offers on almost every house. So it’s crucial that your realtor knows how to make your offer stand out.

Does it sound like a tough time to be a buyer? Yes and No. Even though it’s far more competitive right now, interest rates are 🚨HISTORICALLY LOW🚨. Purchasing a house is more affordable than it’s ever been. So yes, it’s still a GREAT time to be a buyer. If you’re on the fence or just have questions, let’s chat!😊

Getting into real estate has truly been one of the biggest blessings. Taking some time to reflect back and I’m so grateful for the relationships I’ve made; clients and other real estate agents I’ve met. ♥️

I’m soooo excited I get to help a past client’s family member. I’ve been so lucky in crossing paths with some awesome people. ♥️
