📈 Inflation & Mortgage Rates
Prices are still high ⬆️ inflation’s at 2.9%, but the Fed’s goal is 2% 🎯
That matters because:
🔥 Higher inflation → Rates stay higher
🧊 Cooler inflation → Rates can drop
The Fed cut rates a bit in September to support a slowing job market, but they’re still cautious. It’s all about balance ⚖️
