Strong communities are built with the future in mind, and that begins with a thoughtful, well-planned budget. A strong budget gives our Property Managers the tools they need to maintain their communities, respond to residents’ needs, and make decisions that support long-term stability and success.

Over the past several weeks, ITEX has hosted a series of Budget Bootcamps designed to strengthen our teams’ financial knowledge and help each property develop a smart, resilient budget for the year ahead.

Big thanks to all of our Property and Regional Managers who came ready to learn, ask questions, and plan strategically. We also want to give a special shoutout to our Accounting team for sharing their expertise and helping set our communities - and the residents who call them home - up for continued success.

Since joining the Timbers Edge family in December 2025, Ariel has led with dedication, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making our community a place residents are proud to call home.

Whether she’s overseeing renovations, planning resident events, solving problems, or simply checking in with resident families, Ariel brings heart, leadership, and excellence to everything she does. We are incredibly proud to celebrate Kamela Coleman, Property Manager at Columbus Square Phase III, who was recently honored with an official proclamation from the City of Montgomery Mayor’s Office!

Wishing all of our young residents a wonderful first week back at school and a successful year ahead!

We also want to extend a huge thank-you to every ITEX community and staff member who went above and beyond by hosting school supply drives and back-to-school celebrations, as well as everyone who helped make our large community-wide backpack drive at Park Central Apartments a success for families throughout Beaumont and Port Arthur. We’re so proud of our property managers and the passion they bring to serving their communities.

🎒 What an incredible morning!

Our Backpack Drive was met with an amazing response—200 backpacks were distributed in just 20 minutes! Families began arriving right away, and every backpack quickly found a new home.

We’re incredibly proud to have helped so many children start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn. Thank you to everyone who helped make today possible and to our wonderful community for showing up! 📚✏️❤️

At ITEX, we think affordable senior housing is about more than providing a place to live; It's about creating communities where people feel connected, valued, and at home.

We were so happy to see the team at Providence on Park bring residents together for a fun ice cream social, offering a chance to cool off, share a few laughs, and enjoy each other's company on a hot Texas day. These moments may seem simple, but they help build friendships, reduce isolation, and create the sense of belonging that every senior deserves.

We're incredibly proud of our onsite teams who go above and beyond to make our communities vibrant places to call home. Thank you to everyone at Providence on Park for making this sweet afternoon such a wonderful success!

We were proud to partner with Life Enhancement Services for its Back-to-School Bash at Cloverland Park this past weekend!

Families enjoyed backpacks filled with school supplies, food, snow cones, music and access to helpful community resources. We believe every child deserves the tools they need to focus, learn and build a bright future.
