Story Time: The A/C Went Out the Day Before Closing 😳🏡

One of the biggest lessons in real estate is that you never know what can happen right before the finish line.

During the buyer's final walkthrough, I received a call from the buyer's agent letting me know the home felt unusually warm and the vents were blowing warm air.
The surprising part? The A/C had no issues during the inspection period and everything appeared to be working properly.

Unfortunately, the system decided to fail the day before closing.
This could have easily delayed the transaction and created a stressful situation for both my seller and the buyers.
Instead of focusing on the problem, we focused on the solution.

A huge thank you to Robert with Robert's Electrical Services, who was able to come out that evening, diagnose the issue, and get the A/C repaired before closing.
Because everyone stayed calm, communicated effectively, and worked together, we were able to keep the transaction on track and successfully close as scheduled. 🔑
