This one was DIFFICULT… but we got it DONE! 🙌🏡✨

The buyer sent over his termination, but the buyer’s agent misunderstood the number of days they had to deliver their deposit which means my clients get that $3K 😁 Emotions were high but once he settled down, I asked, “What are your buyers’ concerns?”

He shared them with me, I listened, and came up with solutions. We worked through the issues, kept the deal together, and NOW WE ARE CLOSED! 🎉🔑

Helping a retired Army family with six children find a beautiful waterfront rental that fits their budget and puts their kids in a great school zone isn’t just a real estate transaction—it’s a privilege. 🇺🇸❤️

After years of serving our country, they deserve a place where their family can feel settled, safe, and happy. Knowing these six children will get to wake up by the water, attend great schools, and make memories in a beautiful home makes this one especially close to my heart.
