I'm thrilled for my clients! When we originally listed the property on the market, their goal was to have the home sold by the end of August. We closed 19 days sooner. ☺️

With the sellers cooperation of making the home move-in ready (fresh paint, flooring, landscaping and staging) we attracted a lot of interest in the home during late July. Because of proper preparation, marketing and pricing we quickly found a cash buyer.
