Not sure if this is for you but, I went to some builders this week and they are offering a competitive 4.99 fixed rate right now plus other great incentives such as down payment assistance, all brand new appliances, fenced yard... Who do you know would like to take advantage of this before the end of the year? What your paying in rent could get you into a house. I just think it is a steal to not share with everyone.
