Huge congratulations to PJ & Sarah on buying their very first home together! From our very first conversation, their biggest concerns were keeping the upfront costs and monthly payment affordable and realistic. Safe to say we exceeded expectations because not only did we make it happen, but they even walked away from closing with a $1,000 check back at closing. 🙌🏾

These two are newly engaged and officially starting an exciting new chapter together in a home they can truly call their own. Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do. Helping great people achieve goals they once thought might be out of reach will never get old.

Picture 1 — The badge.
Law enforcement. Pressure, chaos, real-life stakes.
The place most people fold… I got sharper. I learned to stay calm when it counts.

Picture 2 — The business.
200+ homes sold. Negotiations, strategy, closing deals.
What looks like “selling houses” is really understanding people—and I’ve mastered that.

Picture 3 — The grind.
Bodybuilding. Discipline. Early mornings, late nights.
Building a physique the same way I build everything else—intentional and relentless.

Most people pick one lane…
I built in all of them.

I don’t just do these things—I thrive in them.
Different arenas. Same standard.

Not perfect. Not finished.
But I show up, I apply pressure, and I get better—every single time.

This isn’t balance… it’s controlled domination.

Motivation Monday.

The version of me on the left had a vision… but if I’m being real, it was hard to see it clearly. I doubted myself. I avoided preps because I was scared to fail.

But I kept showing up anyway. Not because it was easy… but because I made a promise to myself that I would finish what I started.

That’s where everything changed.

Bodybuilding didn’t just build my physique it built my structure, my discipline, my consistency… and most importantly, my mindset.

Now I understand something I didn’t back then…
The power was never in being perfect it was in not quitting.

Fast forward to today… I’m not chasing that version anymore.
I became him.

And I’m still leveling up. 💪🏽🔥

Happy Birthday to my king!
I can’t even begin to express how proud I am of the father and husband you’ve become. Every single day, you make sure our girls feel loved, safe, and cherished. The gentle way you love and care for us is something so rare, and it’s a gift I never take for granted. You’ve shown our daughters what true love looks like the kind that’s patient, strong, and steady. Your heart is the coziest place, and it’s where I always want to be. Thank you for always providing, protecting, and giving us everything we need and so much more. The way you move through life with discipline, commitment, and purpose inspires not just our family, but everyone around you. It never goes unnoticed.

Another national show in the books! I can’t say enough how grateful I am just to be able to experience this journey. I was one spot away from earning my pro card bittersweet but I am incredibly proud. This is the best physique I’ve ever brought to the stage, and I couldn’t be happier with that.
This was not easy. It took grit, sacrifice, and time away from my family. Many difficult choices were made, but we stayed the course, showed up, and brought my absolute best.
Thank you to my husband my rock, my biggest supporter, and quite literally my shoulder to cry on during the hardest days. Even while going through his own prep, he always puts me first. He is the most selfless person I know, and I’m beyond grateful to call him mine.
To my posing coach she puts her heart and soul into her work and has helped make my posing flawless. She always shows up for me and truly cares, and that means more to me than words can express.
To my coach the literal GOAT of bodybuilding. He has pushed me to levels I thought I could ever reach and truly believes in me even sometimes more than I do. I am forever grateful for his guidance and trust. And we may or may not be done yet 😈

Show day recap 🖤

I’m walking away from this weekend truly proud of the package I brought — my best to date. Every prep teaches you something, and this one was quick, intense, and full of lessons. But I’m grateful for all of it.

Huge shoutout to my wife, my family, and my friends who understand the sacrifices this sport demands. Bodybuilding can be a selfish sport at times… the early mornings, the late nights, the mood swings, the tunnel vision. But having people who still show up for you — that’s everything.

And to my beautiful wife… the real MVP. You hold down the family, give everything you have to this sport, and still find a way to pour into me. You inspire me every single day to push harder and never quit. I can’t wait to watch you step on stage next weekend and go take what belongs to you. 🖤

As for my results — I officially qualified for Nationals in Masters 35+ Men’s Physique (aka the “old guys”… jk 😂). In my open class (Men’s Physique Class B), I had 2nd locked in all day and got bumped to 3rd at the last minute. No hate at all — the lineup was STACKED and everything played out exactly the way it was supposed to. This was the biggest NPC show in the country with over 760 athletes. Prejudging started at 7:45am and finals went until 1am… absolute marathon.

Special shoutout to my coach, . This man is truly different. His communication, his ex*****on, his support — unmatched. Never once did I feel like a number. Anytime I had a question, he explained it. No cookie-cutter plans, just passion and precision. And on stage I could hear him the whole time — “Joe open up your pose… reset… turn your hips…” And the back shot… all I heard was “MONEY!” 😂

Thank you, David, for everything. Wild to think we pulled this off in 13 weeks with no offseason. Can’t wait to see what we do with a full year of work.

At just 29 years old he’s already got a commercial building under his belt and now added a 4-unit apartment to his portfolio.
