Avoid the hype and misinformation. Here are the facts about real estate commissions. This is important reading to understand the consumer protection and seller benefits afforded by buyer agent compensation being offered through listing brokers.

We have and will continue to be a free marketplace where commissions are not fixed and parties on both sides have the freedom of choice. New regulations only change how this is communicated between agents. It is not a blanket disruption to some sort of fixed monopoly as the news wants consumers to believe.

I will continue to bring value, honesty and integrity in representing my clients and will value and honor the agent on the other side of the transaction as we work together towards a common goal of facilitating a transaction that benefits our respective clients.

I am grateful to have helped clients net unprecedented proceeds from the sales of their homes through expert marketing and negotiations so they can move on to beautiful new chapters in their lives.

I am grateful to have helped countless first time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership and to assist those who would not have been able to pay out of pocket for the guidance and representation they so greatly needed in what was the biggest investment of their life.
