Closing day is the best part‼️ But people don’t see the time or behind the scenes to get here. This one is extra special because I helped my niece and nephew buy their move up brand new dream house!! My great nephews and soon to arrive great niece are going to be so happy to grow up in such a beautiful 🏡!! Thank you to Jennifer and Jesse for trusting me to guide them through their process‼️

Last night I attended my first Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Million Dollar Circle Awards. After missing the goal by less than $100,000 the year before; I am so ecstatic, to have been recognized as a 2023 recipient of this prestigious award! I am dedicated to helping my clients find their perfect home! And I have always loved working with new construction! I am so happy that my fellow The RMG Collective agents and
were also recognized! And so happy for my amiga, on her 2023 accolades!

I am so happy for my clients! They closed on a brand new home with ! They are super shy and private, so that photo is just for me. So here I am with one of my amazing lender partners and good friend,

Most people only see the “celebration” at the end. What most people don’t know is that it can take months, sometimes even years before we get to the closing table. I’ve been able to build my business based on referrals from people and agents who trust me! And not just in Houston, but across the country! My clients were debating on which city to move to. They actually “settled down” in Wisconsin. But after several months, they reached back out to say they were reconsidering Houston. And here we are!

I am so happy for my clients (aka my niece and nephew)! While, we are family, they had a choice in which realtor to use. Another agent was quoting them a much higher price for their home. I ran my comps and while we agreed to disagree, we finally came to a number that was fair. I had to earn their trust and I am beyond thrilled they chose me! This was just not a transaction to me; it never is. But this one was extra special because they want to provide a better school and environment for my great nephews. It was important that they sell their home for the right price to be able to buy a bigger home for their growing family. And I am ecstatic that they closed on their sale today. I asked Gio, my great nephew if he knew what mommy and daddy were doing today. And while he kind of understands, I told him that they are doing this for him and his younger brother, Leo. That they are building a brand new home for them to grow up in a better environment. More importantly, they are building their legacy! ❤️

I am so happy for my client!! She TRUSTED me 2 other times before finally deciding to purchase!! The agents that say “I don’t do leases”, you are missing out. Because if you do a GREAT job for your clients, they will eventually buy. She bought a brand NEW 🏡 with ZERO out of pocket. She actually got $750 back at closing‼️
