According to the 2025 statistical data from HAR for the Houston-Pasadena-The Woodlands Metro Area, the median home price was down .2% from 2024. Active listings were up 29.2% and homes stayed on the market 5 days longer. Inventory was higher which was likely the result of the lower median price per square foot.
