If you don’t want to fight car traffic to the rodeo, then a new bike lane might be perfect for you. The sidewalk was widened along Almeda Road from Old Spanish Trail to Holly Hall Street, creating a hike and bike trail that leads you all the way to NRG Park.

A new bike lane is up and running to help you beat the rodeo traffic and get to all the funnel cake and turkey leg fun much faster! Here’s how it works: If you can get to Brays Bayou, you can now get to NRG Park all on a bike.

Another incredible property to share with you all!

This one is located in the Memorial Villages area in Hedwig Village. After an extensive rebuild and renovation, it fully emulates new construction inside and out. I love that it pays tribute to a midcentury-modern/ ranch-style feel, and delivers a peaceful yet glamorous ambiance inside.

This home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. The lot is a half acre, and the home is 5,758 sq. ft with 6 bedrooms, a study, 6.5 baths, and sleek finishes along with amazing window walls and marble inlays throughout.

Other fabulous features include:
- Heated Pool/Spa
- Home Generator
- Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances
- Benedettini cabinetry
- European oak flooring
- Scullery kitchen
- Construction completed end of 2021
- SBISD Schools

Soooo excited to share this new listing in the Montrose area, just north of Boulevard Oaks and a 6-minute walk from the Menil (a walker's and a commuter's dream location!!) This was a total renovation to a home that had some beautiful architectural details but needed a full redo for 2022 standards and my clients delivered!

Welcome to 1601 Bonnie Brae St (77006), where construction was just completed last week. This home easily rivals new construction.

Some of the things I love most about this home (there are so many)

- Location of course! Plus 2 parks on either end of the street and if you have kids at Poe Elementary, they can walk or bike there!

- The front entrance, with travertine walkway, curved iron railing, and the amazing 100-year-old crest they were able to keep intact over the new custom iron door (it's a statement and just so pretty)

- Natural light lovers can rejoice, this home has great north/south exposure, and every room offers amazing natural light

- And then there's the interior style! It's the perfect mix of soft neutral tones and crisp white textiles with black accents and gorgeous wide-plank oak flooring throughout

- The incredibly spacious bedrooms! And all 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms (no kids fighting over sinks and showers here!)

- Plenty of room to relax on your deck or in the yard (and room to add a pool!)

I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story. Stop by and see it for yourself at our open house this weekend!
