It was such a pleasure to work with this young lady and her family. Her Mom and I have been friends for years and she’s done an amazing job instilling entrepreneurship in her kids. This beautiful young lady is 25 and she’s killing the game! She reached out to me because she wanted to buy an investment property here in Texas. She did her research and decided Houston was the perfect market for her short term rental investment. The process was fast and easy. She understood the importance of prime location and purchased near the medical center. This property will be ready for short term rentals by February. Be on the lookout! FYI…she created this video and let me borrow it. My video editing skills aren’t quite up to par just yet. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤣🤷🏾‍♀️

God Bless the ! This brilliant and beautiful young lady came to me well informed, educated and researched about the buying and loan process and whatever she didn’t know she allowed me to share my knowledge and information. opted to use NACA to purchase her multi-family property. I’d heard some not so great stories about NACA, so I was a little concerned initially. Treva asked me to take a NACA class for realtors…I did. Let me tell y’all…our experience was nothing like any of the stories I heard. In fact, this process was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions EVER! A big part of that was because Treva was on top of every aspect of her loan process. She didn’t miss a beat and because she was so on point, she attracted that same kind of energy. Everyone from the builder, mortgage counselor, signing agent, listing agent and myself were all equally proficient! I thoroughly enjoyed working with . She is indeed ! She’s only 26 (now 27) and she’s already a LANDLORD! She understood the power in making sure her first property was investment that pays for itself. I love how fearless Treva is! This woman Majre is amazing! She is definitely a force to be reckoned with! She’s smart and very business savvy. She had the misfortune of previously working with a realtor who didn’t necessarily listen to the needs of their client. She had unsuccessfully been looking for a home for over a year before she was referred to me by nail designer extraordinaire . I listened to her concerns and requirements and then we hit the pavement. We literally went to one new construction development and this Queen contracted on her new home that day back in Summer of 2021! Now, unfortunately due to Covid, material shortages, crew shortages, construction delays…we had major pushbacks and delays with her closing. It was all very frustrating. In the midst of it all, this savvy adept woman used the time to do some research and landed herself a grant that covered mostly all of her closing expenses! It offset the blow of the interest rates hikes that happened during the delays. I stand in awe of this awesome young lady.
