This is based on experience!

We knew we wanted to move to Texas but didn’t know where to start! So we jumped on a plane and drove “the triangle” Dallas/Fort Worth - Austin - San Antonio - Houston and back to DFW. It helped narrow it down (and so did the job offer 😉). We ended up in The Woodlands (north of Houston).

A year ago, just a couple months after getting my real estate license, I was able to serve my very first client. Having moved from out of state, we quickly found a landing place for her family. Just got a call last week that it’s time to find her next place to call home 🏡!
