Thrilled to share this January sale! Congrats to my sellers and the new owners who secured a rare lot across from Rice University! With multiple offers on the table, my clients patiently waited for the right buyers—who now have the opportunity to build their dream home among some of Southgate’s stunning modern and stately homes.

Grateful for my clients’ trust, which allowed me to help them achieve a record-high land value in this coveted neighborhood. Understanding market trends is key, and I’m always here to provide insight and guidance.

Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, invest, or lease, I’d love to help you navigate your next move! 🏡✨

Starting 2025 on a high note! Actually, highly bittersweet… This lovely home sold earlier this month, and while it had a slow start due to the elections, it ended with multiple offers. This sale is especially meaningful - my fourth with a wonderful couple I’ve had the pleasure of working with since 2007. We developed a close bond almost instantly and over the years I’ve seen their family grow and flourish. I’m so grateful for their trust and loyalty and couldn’t be happier for them as they begin a new chapter closer to family. No matter where they are in the country, they know I’m here for them. It’s clients and relationships like these that remind me how much I love this career. Congrats to my sellers and the lovely new buyers!
