It’s almost always a good idea to write an offer anyway! Somebody will be the winning offer. Why can’t that person be you? It can if you add me on your team 👩🏻‍💻

The only requirement for the Homestead Exemption is the home must be your primary residence. In other words, you are going to live in the property.
