Man when my lender called and said "hey girl, we got the clear to close!" You would have thought it was for my lender or my personal closing. We turnt all the way up on the phone! LOL

I was so elated to hand my client the keys to this adorable home! I was able to negotiate a substantial amount of seller concessions to help my buyer with closing cost, a home warranty and get it under the appraised value! So my client walked into equity!💃🏿 Congratulations to new beginnings and memories! 🎉

It's tidbit Tuesday!
I'll be honest, I'm not really feeling this color of the month by Sherwin-Williams. Green is one of my favorite colors, just not this shade. I guess if you're going for a retro or earthy vibe it would suffice. 🤷🏾‍♀️
