After graduating from Baylor University (Sic'em Bears!), Susan lived in Fukuoka, Japan for 14 years, working as a radio personality on Love FM 76.1. Now fluent in Japanese, Susan and her family are back in Houston, in fact full circle back to Clear Lake City! Susan got into real estate in 2007 and formed her own company, Annoura Realty Group, in 2010. She specializes in representing buyers and ten
ants from all over the world, in their quest to settle down and/or invest in Houston. In addition to her firm being the leader in Japanese expat relocation, Susan helps people build wealth through investing in real estate. Her 5 member team actively manages over 80 properties in the Houston area for local and international investors. Susan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member through the CCIM Institute, a Certified International Property Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Representative through the National Association of Realtors, and a Certified Master Negotiation Expert through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Susan serves on the Houston Association of Realtors Global Advisory Board, and is the Global Vice Chairman on the state level for Texas Realtors. She is a proud volunteer on the International Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a translator at the Rodeo's BBQ Cookoff. Susan has been married to Koh Annoura for 26 years and they have 3 sons, two attending her alma mater Clear Lake High School, and one at Falcon Pass Elementary.
