Over the last 3 years we have been involved in many private, non MLS cash/finance sales. They benefit both parties. Provide financial privacy, almost eliminates the showing stresses and usually provides for a more seamless and hassle free experience. These properties have ranged from $800,000 to well over $3,000,000. Areas have been The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, River Oaks, Bunker Hill Village, The Galleria, Memorial City, Sienna, Flushear, College Station and parts of The Hill Country. As you can see these sales have stretched well beyond The Greater Houston Areas.
Changing environmental conditions with our markets and the fluctuations that accompany Real Estate in our area is what has led many consumers to move in this direction for purchasing and selling their homes. I think this is absolutely a trend that will continue to grow as pressures keep increasing on “how” consumers are able to buy and sell their properties.
