Nosso mercado muda o tempo todo. E, para continuar crescendo, precisamos evoluir junto com ele. Estudar, entender os novos cenários, acompanhar tendências, trocar experiências, fazer networking e, principalmente, nos preparar para o que vem pela frente.

And somehow, it will change your life — sometimes all in the same week.

🏡 Fez reformas ou melhorias na sua casa nos últimos anos? Então esse é um bom momento para organizar a documentação.

Com as mudanças no formato dos appraisals, os detalhes sobre condição, qualidade e características do imóvel passam a ser registrados de forma mais estruturada.

E um ponto importante: não é simplesmente quanto você gastou ou quem fez o trabalho. O que foi feito, a qualidade, a condição e, quando aplicável, permits e documentação também podem ser relevantes.

Meu conselho para quem pensa em vender: guarde invoices, receipts, permits, warranties e mantenha uma lista das melhorias com as respectivas datas.

Quanto melhor documentada estiver a história da sua casa, melhor preparada ela estará para o processo de venda.

Bad real estate advice doesn’t sound bad. That’s the problem.

I hear the same handful of myths on repeat — in listing appointments, in DMs, in casual conversations that have nothing to do with real estate. Most people aren’t wrong on purpose. They just repeated something that sounded reasonable and never had a reason to question it.

Some of these are harmless. A few of them have cost sellers real money or pushed their timeline back by months.

I’d rather correct the record now than watch someone find out the expensive way.
