As a fifth generation Texan, I was born in Victoria Texas but at the time my parents lived in El campo Texas now almost a suburb of Houston. I spent my youth in Victoria and Waco Texas and moved to Houston in 1987 to attend the University of Houston. After graduating from U of H with a degree in accounting in 1990, I worked for Shell, Slumber J, Stanley and Sysco Food Corporation. I have always had vision and passion for real estate and started investing in and rehabbing properties in Houston after college. In 1997, I turn my passion into a business, I obtained my real estate license, I worked for Prudential and Century 21, and in 2007, I obtained my Brokers License and open Patrick Carr Properties and Associates.
