🏡💰 The spring housing market could be a sweet spot for sellers!
While the number of homes for sale is increasing, it is still 43.2% lower than it was before the pandemic according to the Monthly Housing Market Trends Report from Realtor.com. Today's inventory means that we are in a seller's market so if you're considering selling, spring could be a good time to list!

Last year, the 2nd "Putting for a Purpose" raised just over $13,000 which benefitted Cy-Fair Helping Hands. This year's proceeds will benefit Elijah Rising 💛 Elijah Rising was founded in 2012 as a prayer gathering that focused on ending s*x trafficking in Houston. The mission of Elijah Rising is to combat s*x trafficking through prayer, awareness, intervention, and restoration.
