Knowing your worth isn’t just about confidence—it’s about boundaries, especially when business and personal relationships collide. One of the hardest lessons is recognizing when someone you once trusted is taking advantage of you, particularly under the mask of friendship. What makes it worse is realizing the people closest to you saw it long before you did. The friends and family who never quite liked them, who warned you, who noticed the imbalance—you start to understand they weren’t being critical, they were being protective. When your husband and your longest, most trusted friend in life both dislike someone, it’s not coincidence—it’s clarity.
