I am a real estate professional and top producing agent in the Spring/Greater NW Houston area. I have lived in Texas since 1974 and have called Houston my home since 2011. I relocated here from Central Texas (Austin metro) and my family and I are excited about living here in Houston, Texas. n. In my practice of real estate I am well known amongst my peers for my experience and knowledge. I have been able to give back to the industry through my experience as a State-approved continuing education instructor and author of some of those courses. My goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction. My clients have told me they appreciate the regular updates and constant communication throughout the home buying/selling process. I have been serving Texas residents in some form of real estate since 1994. I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless! I have two teenagers left under my roof (I have raised 6 kids in total) and they are very active. Both are swimmers. One is currently swimming for the high school team and they both swim for a subdivision team in the Spring/Summer. My other child is also in Cross-Country and Band. Not to be outdone, I am an endurance sports addict. My goal is to compete in at least 3 triathlons a year as well as local races including the Chevron Marathon. My biggest accomplishment to date is the Texas Half Ironman in Galveston. I am also a USAA preferred vendor and have served MANY USAA members in their efforts to buy or sell a home. I am proud to say that I have two sons currently serving in the U.S. One is in the Navy and the other is in the Army.
