An off-market opportunity that delivered a very nice result for our sellers (one we’ll have to keep under wraps 😉🤫).

Knowing the builders and investors actively buying in this specific pocket of the Heights made all the difference. The right connections, local knowledge, and timing can create opportunities you won’t find on the MLS.

This one was especially meaningful. It was an estate sale of the home where our client grew up, making it about so much more than a transaction.

Closing day for our client Amanda Leary 💕 and this one feels extra special. 🥂🔑

Funny story: she called us about a house she wanted to make an offer on, but we knew right away it wasn’t a great house for her. After getting to know her and drawing on our many years of experience, we knew we could find a much better option.

So, instead of digging through listings, we focused on understanding what she truly wanted and found the perfect fit via private listing 🤩!

We’re so grateful she trusted us to guide her, think outside the box, and help her find a home that felt right.
