Building a real estate career on Service and Results
Val knew from the start – to build a career in real estate would require a commitment to a high level of service for the long term. The foundations of that career would be each Buyer and Seller client who successfully achieved their real estate objectives with Val’s help. Since 1991 Val has teamed with her clients - First time to Luxury Estate

Buyers and Sellers- to transact homes ranging to over $1 million. And, yet, no matter the price each customer is given her personal attention throughout the transaction. Val has earned the Guild Member Designation with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing - a designation earned after demonstrating Sales in the Million dollar price range. She has also achieved the 100% Club status - a RE/MAX designation for sales. She attended high school in Austin and graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Journalism/Advertising/Marketing. Val decided on real estate after years of working with Fortune 500 companies as a multi-unit supervisor and after relocating from Texas to California to Michigan and back to Texas. During that time Val and her husband, Joe, bought and sold numerous homes – valuable experience from which she draws her understanding of the emotional and technical side of real estate.
