🗑️ Trash pickup is Sunday–Thursday. Please place bins out between 5 PM–7 PM on scheduled days.
🐾 Remember to clean up after your pets and keep them leashed in shared areas.
🚗 Please follow parking guidelines and park only in designated spaces.
🤝 Be a good neighbor by respecting shared spaces and keeping noise levels considerate.
🏠 Keep patios, balconies, and common areas clean and clutter-free.
