CLOSED!! This was a very special transaction to be a part of. Despite a multiple offer situation, we were able to get our offer selected and get the property under contract.

The inspection revealed some issues and we were able to negotiate thousands of dollars in repairs. With the property already having an existing tenant, this was a great purchase in today’s market.
